Yucca Valley, Ca.

Summer calls for beach sand, sun tans, & palm trees. At least that's what we'd hope for until spontaneously deciding to head inland in the opposite direction into the cactus sprinkled deserts of Southern California.

I mean, why not? Camping in the desert sounds amazing right? Sure, but your significant other may disagree, let's not forget it's hot, I mean really hot. Temperatures during the summer months in Joshua Tree can easily surpass 100 Degrees Fahrenheit during the day. So why risk burning your butt off? 

Two reasons: 

First, we wanted to skip the crowds and second, come night time it's pure magic! Temperatures are just right and the stars, well you have to see them for your self. 

It's the perfect recipe for a romantic summer date night.
